Industrial Oven

Industrial ovens are heated chambers used for a variety of industrial applications. They include: drying, curing, or baking components. They can be used for large or small volume applications, in batches or continuously with a conveyor line. They can also be configured to operate in a variety of temperature range and size.

These ovens are used in many different applications, including aerospace component production, and even in the electronics industry, where circuit boards are run through a conveyor oven to attach surface mount components.

Walk-in Ovens (also known as Batch ovens)

Batch ovens, also called Walk-in or Cabinet ovens, allows for curing, drying or baking in small batches using wheeled-racks or carts. These ovens are loaded manually or by fork truck. Typical temperature range would be between 150°C and 650°C.

Our technical expertise delivers durability and temperature uniformity in Epolar ovens. They are designed for heavy use that delivers consistent results at consistent temperatures. This ensures that your product quality will be consistent and reliable.

Drying Ovens

These ovens are designed to remove moisture. They are used for a variety of purposes, from paint treatment to dehydrating foodstuffs such as almonds to extend their shelf life or improve their palatability. Epolar drying oven are used in the aerospace industries to ensure that all moisture is removed from sensitive components before they are fit for flight.

Curing Ovens

Curing ovens are used for a variety of applications. They include: powder coating, adhesives, rubber and thermoset plastics and composites. These ovens are commonly use in plastics and semiconductor industries.

Epolar curing ovens are designed to provide tight temperature tolerance and precise control for repeatable results, as well as uniform airflow that ensure proper curing across an entire load. The ovens are exhausted to effectively remove any Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) given off during curing, maintaining a safe environment.

Epolar offers a selection of bench-top, cabinet, walk-in and conveyor ovens that are ideal for curing applications. Our curing ovens provides rapid ramping and cool down rates, ensuring maximum productivity with short cycle times. Crucially, it provides consistent, reproducible curing results for all product loads.

Conveyor Ovens (also known as Continuous Ovens)

Conveyor, also called Continuous Ovens, are usually part of an automated conveyor processing line. These conveyor ovens allow for higher volume processing. Epolar conveyor ovens ensure consistent processing times for every single part, even in high volume applications. We can achieve high level temperature uniformity in all interior parts due to high-volume, vertical down airflow. Typical conveyor oven applications include: pre-heating, curing, bonding, drying and heat treating.
