By setting a clear list of criteria to check against, a vision system can identify defects such as chipping, scratches, foreign objects, poor printing, dimensional and orientation errors on a manufactured item.

All these assessments will be done less than a second, greatly improving manufacturing output and quality at the same time.

We provide mechanised visual systems that performs batch or inline inspection along with unloading systems to remove detected defects.
